Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with adult women on topics such as motherhood, navigating difficult life situations, and supporting professionals or caregivers who want to prevent burnout. I also welcome anyone who is simply looking for a safe space to release, process, and reflect on how to navigate life’s challenges.

My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and not alone. Together, we can explore your experiences, build insight, and find ways to move forward with more clarity and balance.*Hablo Español*

My approach to therapy

I often draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to support you in building coping skills, reducing distress, and gaining a greater sense of control in your daily life. For those experiencing anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or burnout, we focus on both insight and actionable tools you can apply outside of sessions.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. We move at your pace while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Together, we can explore your challenges and identify strategies for coping and growth. I believe that every woman deserves to be heard and supported. If you're ready to take this journey of self-discovery and healing, I'm here for you. Let’s work together to create positive change in your life!
