As a licensed psychologist, I specialize in working with adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, stress, and life transitions.

I create a supportive, structured environment where your experiences are respected and your progress is regularly evaluated.
Working through trauma, managing the symptoms of ADHD, or coping with anxiety can be emotionally challenging—but also deeply rewarding. You may experience moments of discomfort as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors more deeply. This is a natural part of the healing and growth process. If something in therapy feels unhelpful or unclear, I encourage open communication so we can adjust as needed.
