Great to meet you!

Hello, I am glad that you made it here and are prioritizing your mental health!!

I'm a board certified Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor that specializes in trauma for the last 4 years. Although trauma is often a root of most mental health concerns, I do treat various other areas needing therapy resources as well. I recieved my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2021.

My approach to therapy

Every client is unique and have different needs. I ensure that my approach with a client fits them specifically, taking note of individual preferences, learning styles, and other key areas. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP-II) and have my certification in Somatic Experiencing. I often use Art Therapy with my clients in combination with other therapy modalities.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, I'll ask you to provide some background information and we will identify your main symptoms, concerns, and counseling goals. We will then come up with a treatment plan that best suit your current needs. Many clients learn how to manage their symptoms through learned skills and tools as quickly as in the first month of sessions.
