Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with 5 years of private practice experience. I hold a Master's in Counselor Education from LSU (2021) and have specialized training and certification in Brainspotting and Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (2024). I am passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, and providing a safe, trusting space to explore past experiences, coping mechanisms, and growth opportunities. My mission is to support your journey toward healing and moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a working relationship between therapist and client, where we can build a foundation of trust and use this to work towards achieving your goals, while also allowing you to re-evaluate and change those goals at any time. Our sessions allow you to have time in the week to truly express yourself in a safe and nonjudgemental space.

What you can expect from me

I firmly believe that my clients are the experts in their healing journey, and I am there to provide guidance and support. I take inspiration from a number of therapeutic modalities, but the thing I most value is connection and support in the therapeutic relationship. I hope to help you create and recognize the tools you need to survive and thrive, and grow through the process of healing.
