Great to meet you!

I provide warm, high quality mental health care for adults of all ages. My main focus is empowering women and LGBTQ+ adults across the lifespan as they navigate self discovery, relationships, trauma, identity, and major life transitions. Together we will explore what feels confusing, painful, or stuck, and help you move toward greater clarity, self acceptance, and a life that feels more aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years of therapy experience and a background in direct social services, including conflict mediation, domestic violence, homelessness, vocational rehabilitation, and complementary healthcare. In our sessions, you can expect a grounded, compassionate presence, practical support, and a space where all parts of you are welcome and taken seriously.

What you can expect from me

I see therapy as a chance to explore what is loudly demanding attention in your life, as well as what has been pushed aside or buried. I respect you as the expert on your own experience and aim to be a skilled, present witness to your process. In our first session, I will listen closely to what brings you here, clarify your goals and hopes, and collaborate with you on concrete next steps.
