Great to meet you!

Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals in the behavioral and mental health field as they work toward growth and recovery. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you are truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with adults, children, and adolescents and have experience in inpatient psychiatric, residential, and outpatient treatment settings. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Houston and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University. Together, we’ll focus on building coping skills and healthy habits that support healing, emotional well-being, and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and flexible—I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and I have experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, mood and adjustment disorders, and autism.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences while making sure you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll begin identifying next steps and coping strategies that feel realistic and aligned with your goals.
