Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside, but overwhelmed on the inside?

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma, or burnout and are ready for deeper healing—not just coping. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Brainspotting Certified Therapist, and I specialize in helping people regulate their nervous system and process experiences that are often difficult to put into words.

My work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by focusing on how experiences are stored in the body. I offer a calm, attuned space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to feel more grounded, present, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the connection between the brain, body, and nervous system.

I primarily use Brainspotting, a powerful method that helps access and process emotional experiences stored beneath conscious awareness. I integrate this with supportive talk therapy, mindfulness, and practical tools so you can better understand your emotional responses and build lasting regulation.

Our work is collaborative and intentionally paced, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels safe, contained, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to slow down and begin understanding what’s been weighing on you—and what you want to feel different.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a sense of your experiences, and I’ll walk you through how Brainspotting and our work together can support your goals. You don’t have to share everything all at once—we move at a pace that feels comfortable and regulated for you.

Most importantly, you can expect a calm, attuned space where you feel heard, supported, and understood—not rushed or pressured.
