Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego, CA, and have extensive experience supporting clients through grief and life transitions. I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, which allows me to understand and relate to diverse experiences. I am an eclectic therapist, integrating techniques from different therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to create a safe, relatable space where clients feel heard and supported.

My approach to therapy

I primarily draw from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) orientation but adapt my approach depending on the client’s goals and needs. I focus on practical strategies and skills that clients can apply in daily life, helping them build resilience, manage challenges, and foster meaningful growth. My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in the client’s individual experiences.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we explore their concerns, goals, and personal context. I work to understand the client’s unique situation and collaboratively develop a plan for therapy. This session provides an opportunity to build trust, clarify expectations, and begin identifying strategies that will be most effective for the client’s well-being.
