Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alvie. I especially enjoy working with people who feel stuck, are going through big life transitions, or are navigating mood-related challenges like anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder. If life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or like you’re not quite yourself anymore, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and start finding your footing again. I aim to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and encouraged as you move through change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and affirming. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about where you are and hopeful enough to imagine where you want to go. Clients describe me as compassionate, attentive, and easy to talk to. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, we’ll have open, thoughtful conversations focused on your strengths, your goals, and what meaningful change looks like for you. My goal is to help you feel grounded, confident, and supported as you move forward into a life that feels more stable and fulfilling.
