I help high achievers with ADHD and men with anxiety, anger, relationship issues achieve calm and balance in their lives.

My underlying attitude to therapy is to be respectful, patient, benevolent, empathic, and curious. My approach draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral and evidence-based research, tailoring my treatments to your need.

I often provide practical tools to help alleviate some of my client's symptoms during the first phase of therapy. When they are ready, we will dive in deeper and work on healing from the “inside out” creating long-lasting therapeutic changes.

I help many of my clients find peace, confidence, balance and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to better understand themselves, be in control of their emotions, and feel connected in their close relationships.
