Great to meet you!
Aly is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in New York City. She earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University, where she received training in evidence-based, culturally responsive care.
Aly has worked in both school-based and community mental health settings, supporting adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Her experience across these settings has given her a strong understanding of how life pressures, family dynamics, social relationships, and cultural influences impact emotional wellbeing.
She is especially passionate about helping teens and emerging adults navigate the often confusing and overwhelming transitions of growing up—whether that means starting high school or college, entering the workforce, building independence, or figuring out who they are and what they want.
