Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Aly, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with healthcare workers, helping professionals, and high-functioning adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed or exhausted. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, using evidence-based approaches like ACT, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and somatic techniques. I aim to help clients feel understood while building practical tools for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is supportive, honest, and collaborative. I want clients to feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are without feeling judged or pressured to “have it all together.” I use approaches like ACT, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and somatic techniques to help clients better understand themselves and build practical tools that actually fit their real life. I especially enjoy working with adults dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed.

What you can expect from me

First sessions with me are pretty relaxed, and a low pressure environment to get to know you and what your needs are better. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s feeling hard lately, and what you’d like to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive, real, and comfortable enough for you to be honest without feeling judged. You can also expect me to be human with you! Therapy can be deep, but it doesn’t have to feel painfully formal the whole time.
