I've been a licensed outpatient therapist for almost 3 years, but have been doing clinical work for 10 years. I work with all ages, providing both individual and couples work.
I think everyone deserves an individualized approach to services since our experiences are all unique. I focus on building trust and comfort with my clients through rapport building, to help you feel like we are partners throughout this therapeutic process. It's important to me to have open communication with respect, to help me challenge and support your through our work together.
Our first session will be your opportunity to give me as much information you feel comfortable sharing about your current struggles, life experiences, and wants out of therapy. We'll work together to establish goals for yourself, and focus on strengthening our relationship before diving deep.
