Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Stress

Great to meet you!

In 2017, I earned my Masters in Social Work from SUNY Albany.

In 2023, I completed an MBA with a concentration in Health Services Administration.

Treatment areas I specialize in include anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and stress management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is casual, raw, and old-soul driven, with a touch of humor when appropriate. I prioritize comfort—if you're not comfortable with me, you won't feel at ease opening up. I believe if we can laugh together, it makes it easier when the tears come. This is your journey, and I'm here to follow your lead, staying in the passenger seat. I wear my heart on my sleeve, bringing empathy, authenticity, and a genuine connection to every session.

What you can expect from our first session

As laid back and casual as I am, I do consider myself to be a solution-focused person at heart. One of my big phrases is, "So what are you going to do about it?". I am focused on ensuring your therapeutic environment is comfortable to process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, while also ensuring you are getting the most out of your time with me by finding ways to create deliverables when necessary.
