Great to meet you!

My name is Alycee Naquin, and I've been an LPC since 2011. I graduated from the University of Holy Cross, formerly Our Lady of Holy Cross College, earning both my bachelors and masters degrees. The majority of my career has been spent in community mental health, where I've been able to experience clients who deal a wide range of mental health issues. I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach to counseling has always included a mix of person-centered strategies, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral approaches. However, my primary focus is to create a non-judgmental and comfortable space where you can feel safe exploring the discomforts of life and find ways to overcome them.

What you can expect from me

My primary focus during a first session is to create a comfortable space to explore what brings the client to therapy. We'll discuss their symptoms, take inventory of their overall mental health, and spend time developing a safe and non-judgmental relationship.
