Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience working in a variety of nonprofit settings and diverse populations. I have worked with mental health, substance abuse and chronically ill populations and understand the importance of having someone who can listen!

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), involves skills training and changing negative thought and beliefs that foster anxiety and depression. I also use trauma-informed and evidenced based approaches and collaborate with your PCP regarding medications as needed.

What you can expect from me

You will feel like "where has therapy been all my life" with brand new insights and a weight lifted from your shoulders when you learn how to release unwanted thoughts and feelings.
