Great to meet you!

You may be feeling stuck, weighed down by family or relationship stress, or uncertain about who you are while trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. These challenges can feel especially intense during adolescence and early adulthood, when multiple areas of life are shifting at once, including relationships, family, school, work, culture, and independence. As a licensed mental health counselor, I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, identity concerns, relationship challenges, family stress, and major life transitions. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and strive to offer care that respects the many parts of your identity and experience. Together, we can create space to process what you have been through, understand the patterns shaping your life, and move toward greater confidence, connection, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based, experiential, collaborative, and tailored to the way you feel most comfortable expressing yourself. Because words are not always enough, I may incorporate creative, expressive, mindfulness-based, and somatic techniques to help you connect with your emotions and better understand your experiences. Together, we'll explore how family, culture, relationships, and past experiences influence your thoughts, emotions, identity, and current patterns. Our work will balance reflection with practical skills so you can manage depression, anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, and identity challenges while moving toward change that feels meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you are free to move at your own pace and show up as your full self. We may use conversation, reflection, creative activities, mindfulness, or other expressive approaches depending on what helps you feel most comfortable and understood. I will support you in identifying your strengths, making sense of your experiences, and developing practical ways to cope with difficult emotions and relationships. Over time, our work can help you build greater self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, stronger connections, and a clearer sense of your identity, values, and next steps.
