Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with over a decade of experience helping adults, couples, and adolescents navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and patterns that no longer serve them. My approach is warm, but direct—I believe in challenging my clients to think critically, take ownership, and move toward meaningful change.

In my private practice, I’ve supported clients through anxiety, depression, and relational issues, and I maintain a high retention rate by blending clinical precision with genuine compassion and accountability.

I also train mental health professionals in documentation standards, care coordination, and performance coaching. Whether I’m working with clients or guiding others, I focus on clarity, trust, and helping people feel empowered in their growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both compassionate and challenging. I create a space where clients feel safe to be honest, explore patterns, and take ownership of their growth. I’m direct in my style—I ask hard questions, offer clear feedback, and help clients confront what’s holding them back.

Whether I’m working with adults, couples, or adolescents, I tailor each session to meet their unique needs. I integrate evidence-based strategies with practical tools, focusing on emotional insight, behavioral change, and long-term resilience. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, not just understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and how you’ve been coping so far. I take a direct but supportive approach—so I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and help you start identifying patterns that may be holding you back.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. This is a space for clarity, growth, and real conversation. Together, we’ll build a plan that feels grounded, actionable, and tailored to your goals.
