Great to meet you!
Thanks for stopping by! I’m here to help. My name is Alyse, and I use she/her pronouns.
If you’ve landed here, you may be thinking about making a change, wanting to feel better, or needing some support through something big. Whatever brought you here, I’m glad you stopped by, and I’m happy to help.
With 17+ years of experience, I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation (LISW-S) who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. (Go Bucks!) Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families across a variety of settings. I began my career specializing in children and adolescents, but my practice has grown with me over the years, and I now enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan. Let’s be honest—we can all just be kids sometimes!
I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, and I especially enjoy supporting clients navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, anxiety, trauma, major life changes, and relationship concerns.
My approach is grounded in meeting each person where they are. I appreciate the privilege of bearing witness to individual stories and believe that therapy is a collaborative process. My hope is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being your authentic self as we work together toward the changes you’re hoping to make.
