Great to meet you!

I believe healing begins in a space where honesty feels safe and vulnerability is met with compassion. I’m committed to building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients by creating an atmosphere of comfort, respect, and wholehearted acceptance. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist from the Bay Area practicing in San Diego. I have experience working with various backgrounds, such as trauma survivors, LGBTQIA+, POC, and neurodivergent individuals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and trauma-informed. I focus on exploring the deeper layers of one’s experiences, whether you’re struggling with relationships, trauma, disordered eating, body image , unhelpful thinking patterns, or the weight of shame and/or self-abandonment. I integrate tailored evidence-based practices with a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection through somatic practice and parts work (Internal Family Systems) to help you tune into your internal world with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your pain, unlearn patterns that no longer serve you, and build new pathways toward a sense of calm, connectedness, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

I offer individualized, integrative mental health care, helping clients navigate neurodivergence, trauma and complex trauma, relational challenges, attachment wounds, marginalized oppression, and disordered thinking around food, exercise, and body image.
