Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of settings, including children and family services and a Level I trauma center hospital. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work with an emphasis in Advanced Clinical Practice from Columbia University. My clinical focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship dynamics, stress management, self-care, and boundary setting. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel supported as they work toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, Solution Focus Brief Therapy strategies for goal-oriented work with practical steps, and ACT tools to build mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll get to know you and explore what brought you to therapy. We'll discuss what's been going on in your life, how you've been feeling, and what you'd like to get out of therapy. This is a space to share at your own pace, and together we'll begin setting meaningful goals.
