Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I’ve been working directly with clients since 2017 and have been fully licensed since 2021. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care and enjoy helping clients make sense of how past experiences continue to influence their emotions, relationships, and day-to-day lives. However, therapy isn’t always about digging into the past; the pace and focus are guided by your needs and goals.

I am passionate about partnering with clients to identify what they want from therapy and supporting them as they work toward meaningful, realistic change. I’ve worked with a wide range of concerns, and I most often support individuals navigating childhood trauma, sexual trauma, family and relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, which means I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” model. Therapy is tailored to you — your personality, your experiences, and what feels most helpful in this season of your life. I draw from several therapeutic approaches and adjust as needed, always with the goal of creating a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a collaborative, supportive, and individualized way, tailoring therapy to fit your personality, experiences, and goals. My approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centered strategies, and trauma-informed care to provide the tools and insight that best meet your needs. I specialize in working with individuals navigating childhood and relational trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and complex family or relational dynamics. Therapy with me isn’t always about digging into the past — we focus on what’s meaningful for you, whether that’s understanding patterns, developing practical coping strategies, or creating healthier relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. If you’re unsure why you decided to start counseling, that’s completely okay — we can explore that together. We’ll discuss your needs, clarify your goals, and begin shaping a personalized approach that draws from evidence-based practices tailored to your personality and situation. My aim is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in the steps we take together.
