I believe that a successful therapeutic relationship comes from collaboration, mutual respect, and authenticity. In my practice, I show up as authentically myself and I want to provide a space for you to feel comfortable doing the same. Therapy should be a place where you feel heard, seen, understood, and supported. It is my goal to provide this understanding and support for you through creating a safe, collaborative, affirming space to assist you in growth and healing.

I am a client-centered therapist and I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy, meaning I tailor my approach to your needs while maintaining a non-judgmental and empathetic stance. I use a strengths-based, Integrative, trauma informed and inclusive approach to healing. My goal is to create a warm, gentle, non-judgmental space so each client feels comfortable sharing what is on their minds and what is in their hearts.

Your values, identity, interests, culture and experiences are important to me and will be included, accepted and praised in therapy with me. I aim to provide a space where you are able to feel safe and comfortable being yourself and feel supported.
