Great to meet you!

It takes courage and strength to engage in therapy and to allow yourself to be vulnerable and make changes. I believe everyone can benefit from therapy. If you are dealing with predictable and/or unpredictable life changes, stressors and challenges, or mental health issues such as depression or any anxiety disorder including OCD, please reach out to me.

My approach to therapy

I make use of scientifically validated approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy while providing a foundation of supportive, honest, and truly compassionate guidance. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have spent five years practicing in medical settings helping individuals and families cope with the challenges of chronic disease, loss, and major life disruptions. My credentials include advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy and specialized palliative and hospice care.

What you can expect from me

We will work side-by-side to create sustainable coping strategies for life’s numerous stressors, including feelings of depression, anxiety, difficult transitions, loss, relationship struggles, and much more. I hold the belief that you are the ultimate expert of your own journey, and it is essential that we collaborate to find the most tailored approach to help you successfully achieve your personal goals, foster deep healing, and begin to rebuild.
