Great to meet you!
I am an LCSW with over 10 years of experience supporting children and adolescents as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. I believe that every person has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth—and my role is to help uncover and build upon those strengths in a safe, supportive environment. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and play-based interventions. I tailor therapy to each person's developmental level and unique needs, using creativity, curiosity, and connection.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is relationship building. I prioritize creating a trusting, nonjudgmental space where people feel heard, understood, and valued. I have extensive experience working with behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, and challenges at home or school.
I value collaboration with parents and caregivers, recognizing the important role families play in a person's healing and growth. My goal is to help people develop confidence, emotional insight, and practical tools they can use long after therapy ends—so they can feel more capable, connected, and empowered in their everyday lives.
