Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alysha and I’ve been working in mental health care since 2015. I am a mental health nurse practitioner. I specialize in providing holistic care through medication management, with a focus on addressing the unique challenges and experiences of underserved communities. My approach is rooted in understanding, support, and finding practical solutions that fit your needs and your story.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a supportive and nonjudgmental way, always taking the time to listen and understand their unique experiences. My approach is open-minded and focused on creating an environment where you feel comfortable, valued, and understood. Together, we’ll explore your needs and work toward meaningful changes that help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported in a space where you are valued and respected. My goal is to help you find relief and validation while providing practical tools and strategies to navigate your challenges. We’ll also discuss medication options when necessary, working together to ensure the right balance between therapy and medication for your well-being. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress so you leave each session feeling more empowered and connected to your goals.
