Over the course of my seven years as a mental health professional, my multi-faceted experiences have spanned across children, adolescents, young adults and families in a variety of communities, schools, day treatment centers and rehabilitation centers.
I offer online counseling sessions at this time. I utilize evidence based models including play and art therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Strength-based Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy in sessions.
