Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm glad you're here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the emotional challenges of living with chronic illness. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, therapy can be a space to reset and regain clarity.

My approach to therapy

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences and begin healing from past wounds. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths based. Together, we’ll identify practical tools to manage symptoms, build resilience, and help you move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

I believe therapy should feel supportive and empowering. My goal is to help you not only cope—but truly grow.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope will feel different in your life. I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying clear, realistic goals—such as reducing anxiety or depression symptoms, processing past trauma, or strengthening coping skills. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
