Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have been working in the mental health system of care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, private practice, and court-mandated environments.

I entered the mental health field to support individuals through their most challenging moments. Working across diverse settings has deepened my understanding of how trauma and life transitions shape our experiences, and I'm committed to helping clients build resilience and find their path forward.

My ideal client is an adult or teenager who needs support with mood disorders, trauma, domestic violence, life transitions, or anxiety. Much of my career has been focused on working with these populations.

I help clients reach their goals by identifying thought patterns that may be holding them back, then collaboratively developing practical strategies for change. We'll work together to build on your strengths, process past experiences, and create tools you can use in daily life to manage challenges effectively.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Trauma-Informed, Relational and Applied Behavioral Analysis. My top modalities and specialties include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Informed care. My communication style during therapy is direct. My tone is optimistic. My demeanor is friendly and compassionate. My listening style is active and engaging.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask about your background and current challenges so I can understand your unique situation. Together, we'll begin outlining a treatment approach that feels right for you and addresses your specific needs.
