Great to meet you!

Seeking a compassionate and understanding space to navigate life’s challenges? We all need someone who will listen, support, and guide us toward healing and greater well-being. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, I’m here to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered on your journey toward fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm and collaborate approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe to be honest. With a doctoral-level background in Marriage and Family Therapy and experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, I have a particular interest in relationship and family dynamics, anxiety, depression, first-generation experiences, perfectionism, and work-life balance. I provide culturally responsive and individualized care for individuals, couples, and families. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.

My work is grounded in attachment-based, strengths-focused, and evidence-based approaches. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships, build on their strengths, and create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be affecting your emotional well-being while developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I meet each client where they are while helping them move toward greater self-understanding, confidence, healthier relationships, and fulfillment.
