Great to meet you!

I help kids and teens feel understood, confident, and capable in a world that doesn’t always get them. Many struggle with ADHD, autism, anxiety, or identity questions and want strategies to manage emotions, build relationships, and navigate challenges while feeling seen and supported.

My approach to therapy

I use creative and trauma-informed approaches to support young people and their families develop coping skills, communication, and self-confidence. My work combines play therapy, CBT, and DBT-informed strategies, tailored to each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I understand that every child and family is unique. I provide support in a flexible, compassionate, and practical way. I welcome families who want to feel understood, supported, and empowered. I am here to help them navigate challenges and celebrate growth together.

Afternoon availability may vary week to week. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to inquire about current openings.
