Great to meet you!

I am so happy to be considered as you embark on your mental health journey! I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist focused on working with children and adolescents, and their families. My goal as a therapist is to help empower clients to identify and work towards their goals. I am ready to meet you where you are at. Whether you are a parent seeking to strengthen your relationship with your child, or you are seeking a therapist to help your child improve their focus, problem solving skills and build confidence, I am ready to support you as you grow.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I primarily use talk based psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-informed CBT, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
