Great to meet you!

I know what it is like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge while trying to hold everything together. You might find yourself overthinking, walking on eggshells, or wondering if you are the problem, especially if you have spent a long time keeping the peace or making a relationship work. You might feel like you lost yourself somewhere along the way and need to feel more grounded, confident, and in control. If you have felt manipulated, controlled, abused, or unsafe, you are not alone. Your experiences matter, and you deserve a safe space where you feel seen and understood.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting people healing from emotional abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, and relationship trauma. My approach is client centered, strength based, and trauma informed. I meet you where you are and tailor therapy to your needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creative tools like art and music therapy to help you understand your thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will move at your pace and focus on what feels safest to share. I will ask about what brought you to therapy, what you hope will be different, and what feeling better might look like for you. There is no pressure to talk about anything before you are ready, and I provide a warm and nonjudgmental space to help you feel comfortable opening up when the time is right. Together, we will start untangling the confusion, clarify what you want to work on, and set goals that feel realistic and empowering, while making sure you feel comfortable and that we are a good fit.
