Alyson Smith

As a therapist newly certified in Perinatal Mental Health, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals and families through the transformative experiences of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My certification in Perinatal Mental Health reflects my commitment to understanding the unique emotional, psychological, and physical challenges that can arise during this period. In addition, my work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has been with adults, adolescents, and children working on anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, family conflict, and many other symptoms.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a strong emphasis on empathy, education, and collaboration- empowering clients to feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate this season of life. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and become the best versions of themselves in a safe, comforting, and non-judgmental space.

In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, reading, and creating new projects. I aim for our sessions to be a place where you feel comfortable to be the most authentic version of yourself, where we can build a strong therapeutic bond to ensure your journey is as successful as possible.
