Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a supportive, insight-oriented space for individuals navigating life transitions, emotional exhaustion, chronic stress, and identity shifts. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and capable in their daily lives but feel overwhelmed internally, disconnected from themselves, or burdened by experiences they’ve had to carry alone.

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-centered, and integrative. I help clients understand how their past experiences, relationships, and stress patterns influence their present emotional world. Together, we work to increase emotional stability, develop healthier coping patterns, and rebuild a grounded, secure sense of self.

I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating major life transitions such as divorce, relationship changes, career stress, chronic illness adjustment, and personal identity shifts. I also work with helping professionals, caregivers, and individuals who are used to being the strong one for others but need a space where they can be supported themselves.

I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and understood. My style is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful, while also helping clients develop insight, clarity, and meaningful change over time.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-focused therapy, and nervous system-informed interventions to help clients better understand emotional patterns, regulate stress, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe and supported. I work at a pace that respects each client’s readiness while helping them build insight, emotional resilience, and self-trust. My goal is not only to help clients manage current challenges, but to support long-term emotional stability and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will focus on creating a comfortable and supportive space for you to share what brought you to therapy. I will ask questions to better understand your current challenges, personal history, and goals, while allowing you to move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we will begin identifying patterns, clarifying what you hope to gain from therapy, and discussing how I can best support you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and supported.
