Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, mood instability, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I work especially well with individuals who appear high-functioning externally while struggling internally with stress, self-criticism, burnout, or unresolved trauma.

I believe therapy should be both supportive and meaningful — a place where insight leads to real-life growth, healthier relationships, and greater emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for lasting change. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel uncomfortable or uncertain, especially if this is your first experience with counseling. The initial session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, current stressors, past experiences that may be impacting you, and what you hope to gain from the process.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. My goal during the first session is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and supported while we begin identifying goals and creating a plan tailored to your needs.
