Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in children, young adults and adults. My work is grounded in evidence‐based approaches including play therapy and grief work, with a focus on anxiety, emotional regulation, and family dynamics. I aim to create a supportive, developmentally attuned space where clients feel understood and equipped with practical tools they can use in their daily lives. My style is collaborative and warm, helping clients build insight while also making meaningful, real‐world progress.

My approach to therapy

I focus on helping clients understand their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and improve communication within their families and daily environments. I also support parents with guidance that aligns with the treatment goals, ensuring progress continues outside the therapy room. My goal is to help clients feel grounded, capable, and empowered to move through life with more confidence in their own abilities and instincts.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me is calm, welcoming, and focused on getting to know you. I take time to understand what brought you in, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to change or strengthen. I ask thoughtful, developmentally appropriate questions and explain how therapy typically works with me so you feel comfortable, informed, and in control of the pace.

By the end of our first session, we usually identify initial goals, clarify what support will be most helpful, and outline a direction that feels manageable and hopeful. My priority is to create a space where you feel understood, safe, and confident about the path we’re building together.
