Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, eager to provide inclusive therapy to individuals seeking change. I have experience supporting clients in their experiences with relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and stress, and emotion regulation.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, strengths, and solution oriented approach. Upon clients' requests, I will incorporate elements of mindfulness such as guided breath work and meditations, which serves as an excellent coping skill and highlights the connection between mind and body.

What you can expect from our first session

I model curiosity, compassion, and honesty, encouraging clients to do the same for themselves. It is important to me, as a Black and Latina woman, that clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities feel seen and supported in the therapy space.
