Great to meet you!

As a person and a therapist, I believe that growth can, at times, be very uncomfortable. How else would you know that change is happening though? My goal is to be there to help offer a space of comfort to guide you through those uncomfortable moments along your journey. I work with individuals who feel stuck in repeating patterns within their relationships, major life transitions, and emotional regulation. Our work will focus on long-term growth rather than short-term symptom relief alone. Finding your authentic self can be difficult, but not impossible.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients gain insight while building practical skills they can use in everyday life. I work best with individuals who are open to reflection, new perspectives, and actively engaging in the therapy process both in and outside of session. Meaningful changes takes time, and while there is no quick fixes, I'll be there to support you, challenge you, and walk alongside you every step of the way.

Along the way, I may introduce practical tools and strategies to help you better understand your emotions, navigate relationships, and build skills that support you outside of session.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you, what's bringing you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. You don't need to have everything figure out.

We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while beginning to identify goals and areas we can work on together. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path forward.
