Starting in community mental health then shifting into private practice has given me experience in a multitude of areas and allowed me to narrow my focus into the spaces I work best in. We’ll also explore both past and present symptoms or concerns so I can gain a full picture of your experiences and how they’re affecting you today.

From there, we’ll work collaboratively to identify goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. These goals are not set in stone—they can evolve over time as your needs change. My approach is flexible and paced according to your comfort, ensuring that you never feel rushed
