A bit about my approach to therapy

Within my practice, I implement Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and somatic approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
