Great to meet you!

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is let someone walk beside you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where we work together to help you reach your goals. My approach is warm, supportive, nonjudgmental, and person-centered, creating a safe space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and build on your strengths. Because every person is unique, I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and the goals you'd like to work toward. Most importantly, this is a space for you to ask questions and share at your own pace—there's no pressure to have everything figured out.

By the end of the session, we'll begin creating a plan that feels right for you and identify meaningful goals to guide our work together. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and encouraged about the journey ahead.
