Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck in cycles of overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or anxiety that feels hard to manage? Or, do you find yourself preoccupied with food or your body? Is this making it hard to live the life you want? I understand how difficult these challenges can be! I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults navigating OCD, anxiety, body image concerns, and eating disorders. We will work together to understand these patterns and build more freedom from the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors driving them, while also recognizing your strengths and resilience, so you can feel more grounded, present, and connected in life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I often draw from evidence-based modalities such as person-centered therapy, I-CBT/CBT, ERP, and ACT. These tools help clients reduce racing thoughts, manage intense emotions, and develop healthier patterns in daily life.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so my goal in the first session is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are.

We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while exploring what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely heard, understood, accepted, and supported as they navigate growth and healing.
