Great to meet you!

Hey there, I’m Alyssa and I’m so glad you’re here.

I know that reaching out for therapy isn’t always easy, but you’ve already taken the first step, and that’s huge. I work with people who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level, whether that means healing old wounds, navigating big life changes, or just figuring out who you want to be moving forward.

A little about me: I’ve got two master’s degrees (in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Experimental Psychology) and a strong background in crisis work, which means I know how to hold space for tough moments while helping you move toward real, lasting change. In our sessions, we’ll explore your story, relationships, and the patterns shaping your life. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Relational Cultural Therapy, but at its core, therapy with me is about building a genuine connection where you can be fully yourself.

If you’re ready for a space that’s supportive, collaborative, and focused on you, I’d love to help you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

I believe relationships and connections are vital to our well-being so we will investigate who you are to others. I approach clients with an abundance of curiosity while connecting leading themes in your narrative.

What you can expect from me

You will take away more self-awareness, allyship, and a stronger sense of self.
