Great to meet you!

Christian OCD & anxiety therapy for adults struggling with intrusive thoughts, fear, and shame. Do you constantly wonder if you've disappointed God? Do you replay conversations, question your decisions, or feel like you have to get everything "just right" to be okay? Maybe your mind is filled with endless "what if?" questions that leave you exhausted and anxious. If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. I help Christian adults who struggle with anxiety, OCD (including scrupulosity or religious OCD), and perfectionism regain confidence in their relationship with God.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel understood. Together, we'll learn practical tools to help you respond differently to anxiety while staying grounded in your values and your faith. I offer virtual counseling for adults throughout Texas.

What you can expect from me

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting counseling. We will work together to better understand what you are carrying, identify meaningful goals, and move toward greater peace, hope, and emotional health in Christ.
