Great to meet you!

I grew up in New York City and completed my undergraduate studies at Hunter College before earning my graduate degree from NYU Silver. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, as well as certified in ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and RO-DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy). My practice focuses on treating anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a psychodynamic approach in my practice, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that building rapport and a genuine understanding of the client is essential for fostering trust and creating an environment where meaningful therapeutic progress can take place. My approach integrates evidence-based methods while focusing on this connection to support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, understood, and valued. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness and insight into their behaviors while providing effective tools and strategies to manage life in a way that feels authentic to them. Sessions are collaborative, focusing on building resilience, reducing distress, and fostering meaningful change.
