Great to meet you!

With over 16 years of experience working with adolescents and adults, I am passionate about helping people navigate life's many varied challenges. As a mom of three boys, I have gained a deep understanding of the complexities of family dynamics and the unique challenges that come with them. My focus ranges from helping people cope with the stressors of everyday life, to helping people understand the ways in which trauma has impacted their lives.

My approach to therapy

I take an individualized approach to care, as every person's needs and goals are unique. As an integrative therapist, I combine techniques from multiple evidenced based therapeutic modalities to deliver personalized treatment to help with a range of short and long term issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. I view effective therapy as a collaborative effort and strive to create a safe space for my clients.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to seek the support you deserve, but prioritizing your mental health has the power to elevate every area of your life. Providing a warm, welcoming, environment that allows you to feel safe as your authentic self is my priority. During our sessions, I will work with you to help you realize your abilities and achieve your goals so that you can experience a more fulfilling life.
