Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been working with adolescents, adults and families for 15 years. I graduated from Baldwin-Wallace University in 2009 with a B.S. in Psychology. I pursued my Masters of Social Science Administration (MSSA) from Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 2011, and I have worked in various settings including schools, mental health agencies, private practice, telehealth, and online crisis support. My treatment approach is strength-based while other navigate anxious feelings, identify confusion, depression, and stress management.

My approach to therapy

I lead with your strengths. I believe we all have strengths that can help us navigate the world and can empower ourselves to know that we can get through tough times. I draw from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

(ACT), solution-focused techniques, motivational interviewing, and expressive art —depending on what fits you best. More than any technique, I lead with curiosity and

honesty. We'll move at a pace that feels right to you. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.

What you can expect from me

A real conversation — casual, warm, and friendly. Just a genuine exchange about what's been weighing on you and what you're hoping to feel differently about. You don't need to have it figured out. I want to hear all about you and how I can assist you on this journey called life! By the end, you'll have a clear sense of what working together looks like, and you'll feel heard before anything else.
