Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with people who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. I'm especially passionate about helping people navigate relationship challenges and adjust to changes in their lives. I believe growth happens when we can compassionately make sense of our experiences, better understand the patterns shaping our lives, and move forward with greater intention. My approach combines meaningful insight with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. We'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already have. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood and supported, while also feeling comfortable enough to be gently challenged when needed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other. The relationship between you and your therapist is one of the most important parts of therapy, so this is your time to get a sense of how it might feel to work together. We'll explore what brings you to therapy, what you've been experiencing, and what you're hoping for. You don't have to have it all figured out before we begin- we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
