Great to meet you!

I am a 2021 graduate of UCF with a master's degree in social work and became a licensed clinical social worker in April of 2024. My experience includes being an outpatient clinician with a community mental health agency; the clients on my caseload were all diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. I am currently working as a school social worker in Seminole County. I work with students who struggle to integrate with their peers or thrive in their academic studies.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach and encourage clients to become curious about each aspect of their life. My approach is also eclectic as I draw on several different modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy as well as solution-focused practices.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a comfortable environment and previous clients have described sessions with me in this way. I understand that there are some sessions which will be focused on specific goals and others will be centered more around exploration and discovering the root of a reoccurring issue in your life. Above all, sessions are client-centered so I'm prepared to dive into the approach you feel like is best for you.
