Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades of experience in the healthcare field. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and have a background as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, which provides me with a unique perspective and empathetic approach to therapy. My journey in healthcare began with working closely alongside physicians and patients, where I witnessed the profound impact that emotional support can have during challenging times. This experience ignited my passion for mental health and led me to transition into therapy. Throughout the years, I have dedicated myself to helping others navigate grief, loss, anxiety, and depression, recognizing that significant life changes can deeply affect us all. By fostering a collaborative relationship, I guide clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while empowering them to take an active role in their own healing process.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in integrative therapy techniques, combining cognitive-behavioral strategies with support tailored to each client's journey. I strive to create an inviting, safe, and non-judgmental space to help individuals navigate issues like anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and trauma. I believe in the power of collaboration and focus on empowering clients to discover their strengths and build resilience.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their experiences during sessions. I see my role as a companion on life’s journey, recognizing the courage it takes to seek therapy. Clients will receive valuable insights into their thoughts and behaviors, along with support and strategies to handle life's challenges. By encouraging self-reflection, I help clients learn more about themselves, leaving each session feeling empowered, supported, and ready to continue their growth journey.
