Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, sitting with patients during some of their most frightening moments. That experience showed me how much emotional support matters when life gets hard.

Grief and loss touch every part of a person's life. Whether you're navigating the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a health diagnosis, the pain can feel overwhelming and isolating. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can speak openly about what you're carrying and move through grief at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in integrative therapy techniques, combining cognitive-behavioral strategies with support tailored to each client's journey. I believe in the power of collaboration and focus on empowering clients to discover their strengths and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, I act as a guide, recognizing the courage it takes to seek help. You will gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors, along with practical strategies to navigate life's challenges. Therapy works best when you show up willing to engage and reflect honestly. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling empowered and ready to grow.
